Your Device ID is a unique identifier for your Android device (Android ID). You can find a masked version in the app: Settings → About → Device Information. It looks like "1234****5678".

Will deleting my data affect my app usage?

No! Deleting your feedback data only removes submissions you've made (feedback, route reports). It does not affect:

  • Your ability to use the app
  • Your saved favorites (stored locally on your device)
  • Your app settings and preferences
  • The bus route and stop database (public data)

Can I delete just some of my data?

The in-app deletion removes all feedback associated with your device. For selective deletion, please email us with specific details about what you'd like removed.
